ABOUT "AIPPA", PROF J MOYO AND DR I MANDAZA!

Prof Jonathan Moyo thinks we, Zimbos, have a short memory!

When the late "DAILY NEWS" gave us the aerial view of Dr Ibbo Mandaza's vast properties
and therefore wondering where Dr Mandaza could have got the money to buy those properties,
the famous (or infamous) Prof went into "over-drive" and worked over many nights
drafting that piece of Legislation which is correctly referred to as "draconian."
Ibbo was the first "beneficiary" of AIPPA!
ZIMFINALPUSH STAFF!
